Root category for all translated pages.
Languages with non-latin letters are not sorted in correctly, probably this can not be fix.
Also at the moment these category contains redundant subcategories, this is because the content of the old subcategories (names written in english) needs to be moved to the new subcategories (names written in the specific language).
Once this is done, the old subcategories will be deleted.
