Papyrus (sometimes incorrectly called “Sugar Cane”, “Reeds” or “Bamboo”) is a plant found near water on dirt with grass or dirt. It is relatively hard to find and can be crafted into paper. When a papyrus block is mined, all connected papyrus blocks directly above it are automatically mined as well. Papyrus can be placed anywhere.
A papyrus on dirt or dirt with grass slowly grows three additional papyri (blocks) above it when it is not further away from water than three node lengths.
