I want you to review your recent editing on [[Template:TOC]] because it is a template, not a Wiki page. The pages that uses the template are now all broken, the explanation contents from the template should not appear on the pages using the template and they don't appear earlier, but now they appeared. This is most probably because you've removed the <nowiki><noinclude></noinclude></nowiki> tags somewhere surrounding that template's explanation contents.

I would suggest you to read [[Wiki_guidelines#Mod_and_custom_game_guidelines|Wiki guidelines]] if you have not read it yet, and you could link to any categories directly with [[:Category:Mods|internal link]] instead of [http://wiki.minetest.net/Category:Mods external link].
