Locked Chests function, for the most part, like regular chests. They have 32 slots of storage space and can only be mined if empty. Unlike regular chests, however, they can only be used by the player who crafted them. Other players may view its contents but are not allowed to store or retreive any blocks or items. It also cannot be mined by other players.
Locked Chests first appeared in version 0.3.0.
