Savanna Soil is created when a hoe is used on Savanna Dirt. This block is basically the “Savanna Dirt” variant of Soil.

Wheat Seed and Cotton Seed can be placed on it but the plants will only grow when this block is wet.

Savanna Soil eventually becomes wet when Water is within two block lengths of it.

Savanna Soil will turn back to Savanna Dirt eventually if it is not made wet for a longer time.
